- Gate Turn Around Time (TAT):
- Current target: 35 minutes for truck turnaround at the terminal
Initiatives Under Consideration
- Review of landside operating hours to consolidate labor during peak hours and offer improved service (targeted for GP traffic only)
- Separate gate for reefer containers (West Coast)
- Installing truck directional electronic boards at the new gate
- Formulating a specialized body with relevant stakeholders for a multi-pronged proposal to alleviate traffic
- Medium term: move to full Auto Gate terminal
