Critical Guidelines
Present the fruit for export inspection to PPECB on the day of packing.
7.1.1 Arrange Regular Inspections with PPECB (At Least Once a Day)
- Inspection must follow various exporters’ standards or the minimum export standards of the Department of Agriculture:
7.1.2 Forced Air Cooling for Approved Fruit
- Forced air cooling must commence within 1 hour after inspection for approved fruit.
7.1.3 Re-inspection for Long-Stored Pome Fruit
- Pome fruit still in local storage after 35 days must be re-inspected by PPECB for export.
